Our Goal
Polaris is a girls leadership program that aims to help high school girls build their leadership and teamwork skills. The program is designed to transform the girls into effective leaders both in their personal and professional lives. We aim to create a fun and professional environment for the girls to develop these skills. Polaris provides a unique opportunity for high school girls to connect with new friends and mentors who will support them along a journey of growth and self-discovery.
Our Program hosts various events throughout the year to provide our participants with opportunities to connect with people and build leadership skills. Over the course of the year, participants will attend sessions, once per month, which target necessary skills in forming strong leaders. These skills will be developed through discussion groups, long-term projects, and guest speakers events. All of these events are hand selected to ensure the girls can develop and use their abilities to deliver practical results in their personal and professional work.
